With my specialization in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, I work integratively with clients. My aim is to reduce psychological distress and support your overall mental well-being through both short- and long-term sessions, slowly building resilience and finding a positive way back into your routine and daily life. This is therapy for me. After working at a counseling center and now in private practice, my focus includes a wide range of anxiety challenges (including social anxiety and health anxiety), burnout (for example, work or university life), depression, life crises, grief, and loss.
