My name is Lanota Fludd. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) with additional certifications in couples therapy. I use various modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and reality therapy based on need with a primary focus on couples.

To work with me is to work in a partnership in your therapy session. Sessions are not one where someone is looking at or simply providing strategy. Sessions are a safe space where you can share how you are feeling without judgement and where skills are provided as tools to aide.
