My approach to therapy is always a person-centered approach. I help clients to discover within themselves their hidden strengths to overcome their obstacles. I used Solution Focused therapy, the Bible if clients are open to it, CBT (communicative behavioral therapy), and EMDR eye-movement desensitization therapy) to help clients heal and assess their strengths to empower them to solve their problems.
