Relationships of any kind can be challenging. I never underestimate how complicated things can get once we tease out the relational pieces in our lives and try to understand how they are affecting us.
Whether you are new to therapy or expericed with it, I will help you dig a little deeper, at your own pace. I want to understand all of you. I will never reduce you to just one part,.
Whether your anxiety is sky high or you feel depressed or angry, or just can't catch a break, we can talk about it. Maybe you feel burnt out, or you're in transition, or you just feel plain numb. You can show up to therapy as you are. My ultimate goal is to provide a space where connected healing can take place.
