What's My Approach to Therapy?
Working with me means you’ll have a therapist who is both straightforward and supportive. I’m not the type to just sit back and nod—I want you to leave our sessions with something useful you can actually apply to your everyday life. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m warm, approachable, and honest, but also that I bring a little humor and creativity into the process.
I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. I’ll meet you where you are without judgment, and I’ll also challenge you when it’s needed, because growth happens outside of our comfort zone. Whether we’re working through grief, relationship struggles, or just the stress of daily life, I’ll help you find clarity, perspective, and practical ways to move forward.
It’s also important to know that I value authenticity. I bring my full self into the room, and I encourage you to do the same. I want you to feel safe, understood, and also empowered to experiment, grow, and discover new possibilities for yourself.
