Kristina Nemard, Licensed Professional Counselor

I currently work in a private practice setting to provide life coaching and a group practice setting providing telemental health services. Additionally, I provide assessments and evaluations for pre-bariatric and spinal cord stimulator patients, addressing clients who struggle with maintaining a healthy weight and chronic pain, respectively. I am fully licensed as a professional counselor in the state of GA and the state of CT and have earned my doctorate of philosophy in advanced general studies in human behavior from Capella University in 2018, with my dissertation published on qualitative research regarding the correlation between sexual and professional identity. Outside of the office, I enjoy reading, traveling, and cooking.

We set action-itemed goals weekly to address overall health and wellness to restore disordered thinking and behaviors.
