I am Kristina Joseph, a Licensed Clinical Social worker. My main goal is to meet the client where they are in their mental health journey. This means I work with each client to better understand which modality works best for them. I use different best practices techniques in order to help my clients where they are at the point of the first session as well as the 100th session. I change based on what my clients need. I work with my clients to decide what works best for them. They are the true expert of their lives; I am here to guide their better selves.
