What's My Approach to Therapy?

I am a mental health therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions, offering both in-person and virtual services. My work begins with a thoughtful, comprehensive assessment so I can gain a meaningful understanding of your history, strengths, and current challenges. From there, we collaborate to develop goals that reflect your values and needs. We move at a pace that feels both supportive and intentional. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, and patterns that feel difficult to shift. I offer relationship counseling within an empathic, grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences while developing insight, resilience, and practical skills for coping and growth. My treatment approach is integrative and informed by many years of clinical training and practice. I draw on mindfulness-based strategies, insight-oriented and psychodynamic perspectives, and elements of anxiety treatment and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I believe that therapy can support a more examined and meaningful life. Over the years, I have witnessed many clients reduce distress, cultivate self-awareness, and build lives that feel more intentional, connected, and satisfying.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My primary areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, chronic stress and coping with life transitions (including, but not limited to: break-ups, divorce, grief and loss, change of employment, and relocation).
