My Approach to Therapy
I work with parents and teens to provide a combination of coaching and practical strategies to deal with current challenges, as well as deeper psychological work to help individuals heal themselves and transform their relationships. I bring a non-judgmental lens to my work to help clients recognize patterns they are in and heal from childhood histories that are impacting their current family systems. Through this work, families find more joy, connection, and pleasure in their relationships and their lives. My style is relational, mindfulness-based, and I'm trained in sensorimotor psychotherapy for working with trauma.

My Therapy Focus
I believe we are suffering both individually and collectively due to disconnection from self, others and the world around us. I help people to accept themselves, their history and reconnect with themselves. Greater vulnerability and intimacy with self allows us to connect more deeply with others and build the relationships many of us long for, experience the joys of everyday life and create meaning in our lives.
