My Approach to Therapy

My hope is to guide people to uncover their innate resilience and inner strength, helping them step fully into the person they were created to be. Building a strong therapeutic relationship in a safe, nonjudgmental environment is at the very heart of my practice. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) as core frameworks, along with tailored modalities and targeted exposure techniques when appropriate, I support clients through anxiety conditions, obsessive-compulsive condition (OCD), depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also run small groups for those struggling with social anxiety. My work is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on lasting change. I work with couples helping them to rebuild trust and resolving communication patterns that are no longer working in their relationship-with the goal of building honesty and empathy in the relationship fostering a deep connection that can have them excited about their future again.
