Sometimes is a struggle just to face the day-to-day challenges. This can create the feeling of being overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, and feeling of hopelessness. Sometimes we face major life changes or transitions into divorceseparation, loss, or abuse. You are not alone and do not have to face this alone. Together we can ensure you are equipped with the skills and tools you need to face adversity and grow with strength and confidence. I use empathy, humor, and compassion to relate and connect to others. I pride myself on my ability to make those around me feel comfortable and provide a judgment-free space. It can be comforting to have someone in your corner who knows it is hard to open up. I will be a supportive, accepting, tolerant, and safe place you need to share your story. It is my passion to help others learn, grow, heal, and move in a positive direction.
I serve adult clients from a variety of backgrounds and focus on the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues, grief and loss, and self-esteem building. I earned my Masters in Clinical Social Work from Wayne State University. I am excited to start this journey with you!
