I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, committed to helping you navigate through lifes challenges, changes and experiences. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the most important part of therapy, therefore I strive to build this relationship first. You and your story are important; and your concerns are my priority. I am passionate about working with teens(16+ year olds) and adults dealing with: anxiety, stress, ADHD, relationship issues and life transitions; no matter how small or big the transition may be. With all of the pressure and stress that comes with being a teenager or an adult, know that there is a soft place for you to land right here in our stress-freejudgement-free healing space, whether it's in-person in our office or through online teletherapy. I'll do a full assessment of where you are now and what you've tried in the past. Together as a team, we will create the right combination of skills & techniques to help you effectively navigate through and manage any experiences you encounter on this journey.
