My Approach to Therapy

I welcome couples, adult and adolescent clients who are seeking support in deepening their understanding of themselves as well as emotions, mental processes, and behaviors, as well as those wanting help navigating through difficult life adjustments, gender exploration, painful pasts, stress management, coping strategies, relationship struggles, queer experience and mind-body health and wellness.

My Practice & Services

I believe personal insight and growth occurs during the therapeutic process and through a trusting and genuine therapeutic relationship. I am a person-centered therapist and I am eager to collaborate with you and support you wherever you are on your path to self-realization and mental health.

My Role as a Therapist

My unique background as an Olympic athlete, youth mentor and coach, influenced my therapeutic perspective. I take an integrative approach to therapy in which I utilize techniques from Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practice to help improve my clients' overall functioning and well-being.
