I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with experience in both outpatient psychiatry and crisis stabilization settings in Georgia. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, mood-related challenges, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), trauma-related concerns, stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of the people I work with are used to pushing through their struggles quietly while trying to keep up with work, school, relationships, or family responsibilities, and they’re looking for practical support, clarity, and lasting emotional stability.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and judgment-free. I combine medication management with supportive conversations, psychoeducation, and realistic goal-setting to help you understand your symptoms, improve daily functioning, and feel more emotionally balanced. You can expect honesty, empathy, and a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. You do not have to have everything figured out before reaching out for support. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, understood, and supported throughout the process.
