I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, IFS, and psychodynamic therapy; weaving them together in a way that fits you. At the heart of my work is a trauma-informed, person-centered lens: I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, and we move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. I believe that many of the struggles we carry, anxiety, patterns that keep repeating, difficulty in relationships, a sense of being disconnected from ourselves can often have roots deeper than the surface. Together, we explore not just what’s happening, but why, giving you insight and practical tools to create lasting change. My goal is never to “fix” you, because you aren’t broken. My goal is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own strength, make sense of your experiences, and build a life that feels more like your own.
