My Approach to Helping
Early adulthood is full of so many new stressors and life transitions that can be difficult to navigate especially when also dealing with anxiety. Maybe you are experiencing changes in relationships, education and career decisions, developing your identity and sense of self outside your family of origin, or starting a new family. These are all drastic life changes and you can benefit from having support and a place to process.
I have a passion for helping anxious adults navigate stress and life transitions that can often exacerbate anxiety symptoms such as overthinking, worry, and overwhelm. My goal is to help make these transitions easier and give you tools to help manage anxiety along the way.
My approach is always judgement free and collaborative in order to provide a safe place to openly process your emotions and experiences. I use client-centered and mindfulness based techniques to help foster a sense of peace and acceptance of your experiences to help reduce stress and anxiety.
