Together, we uncover what is underneath the anxiety, change your relationship to it, and find real tools and techniques to stop letting your anxiety run your life. My approach is always nonjudgmental and collaborative in order to provide a safe place to openly process your emotions and experiences. I use a client-centered approach and evidence-based techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety.
