We'll use evidence-based practices to develop coping skills, ease your stress, alleviate your anxiety, and break out of temporary depression. My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending elements from different methodologies to best fit your needs. I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where each individual brings their unique stories, strengths, and challenges. My role is to listen deeply, understand your perspective, and respect your experiences. Together, we will explore the challenges you face, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop strategies to enhance your well-being.
