I work with individuals to build emotional wellness skills to tackle unhealthy relationships and difficult life transitions that triggers anxiety and depression. I will guide you through skills to help you overcome cycles of toxic relationships, family drama, codependency, rescue syndrome, self-doubt, stressful life transitions, work stress, burn out. I understand the stress of feeling consumed by life and overbearing relationships. I can relate to life feeling too much, wanting to leave everything, everyone behind and disappear. It’s overwhelmingly exhausting to silently suffer on the inside. It's essential you have tools to help you.
It can be difficult to ask for help. It's hard to be vulnerable with someone you don't know. Therapy and coaching requires this of you, so it's important to have a therapist and coach you connect with who is able to supportively meet your needs. We will work together to build a connection so you can feel safe and comfortable sharing your feelings. Collaboratively we will work on building your skills. We will explore tools to help you reframe your emotions, reset boundaries and expectations, build communication skills and confidence. I provide psycho-educational solution-focused feedback and support throughout sessions. The goal is to empower you to healthily resolve life transitions, relationship issues, find inner peace and stand in your truth.
My style is a mix of therapies and coaching. I integrate emotionally-focused, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness and solution-focused techniques to guide you towards self awareness and emotional wellness. I understand the challenges of scheduling time for yourself. Keeping your scheduling needs in mind, I offer options of late evenings, Sunday sessions, monthly or as needed maintenance sessions, to help you fit in time to focus on you. Making time for self-growth is not always easy, but it's worth it!
