I am a relationship and boundaries therapist and coach who works with individuals to build healthy boundaries and healthy relationship skills in all areas of their life. I will coach you through skills to help you overcome cycles of exhausting and toxic relationship with self and others that may cost you emotional burnout, financial stress, constant worry and loss of peace.
I understand the stress of feeling consumed by life and overbearing relationships. I understand feeling weighed down by people pleasing, lack of self direction, trying to meet every single expectation of self and the many expectations of others. I can relate to feeling stuck, stagnant, life desires, life dreams always in constant conflict with the reality of what is. I know the feeling of wanting to not be bothered, to be left alone, to leave everything, everyone behind and disappear.
Life can be overwhelmingly exhausting, but you can't outrun your problems, or avoid them, they eventually get you one way or another. So, rather than attempting to escape your problems, face them. The only way out is getting through it by intentionally choosing life choices and relationships that align with your core values, life goals and authentic self. Easier said than done, yes, I know, I've been there.
I know what it's like to be "the helper" "the fixer" "the achiever" "the perfectionist" "the expert" and I know the hardest thing to do as "a helper" "a fixer" "an achiever" "a perfectionist" "an expert" is finding the courage to ask for help. Yes, you can help yourself, but it's essential you have tools to help you and someone to share your concerns. You don't have to carry and do everything by yourself. Yes, it's hard to be vulnerable with someone you don't know, but it's even harder to heal what you don't reveal, self healers also need some level of support. Your wounds need acknowledgement. My style is a mix of therapies and coaching. I integrate attachment theory, enneagram, mindfulness, acceptance commitment, boundaries education, relationship coaching, solution-focused techniques and accountability to guide you towards holistic self awareness and self healing, so your intellect and your behavior aligns. The goal is to empower you to gain clarity, be in control and intentional about all your life choices, find inner peace and be okay with standing in your truth.
I understand the challenges of scheduling time for yourself. Keeping your scheduling and financial needs in mind, I offer a variety of therapy and coaching options, including, Sunday sessions, short-term sessions, biweekly, monthly or as needed maintenance sessions as well as ongoing coaching. There's an option for you, no matter where you are in your journey. Therapy or coaching doesn't have to be a lifetime commitment, it can be for a season, one session or 10 sessions. There's no pressure, you have the power in this relationship. Making time for self-growth is not always easy, it is a financial investment, but it's worth it! Reach out for a consult.
