The therapeutic approach I use most would be considered eclectic, primarily focusing on person-centered and trauma-informed therapy. With 15 years of experience in mental health, I began my journey focusing on intimate partner violence and substance abuse, witnessing trauma's profound effects. I expanded my expertise to include trauma complexities and human sexuality. I hold licenses to practice in South Carolina, Illinois, and Nevada.
