What's My Approach to Therapy?

I will walk alongside you in a warm, nonjudgmental, and empathetic manner. I believe we all have the need for care, connection, and acceptance. We are bonding humans, and we aren't meant to be alone when our feelings come in strong. Emotions cause us to move, and I can help you move closer toward your partner in these moments. I would be honored to walk alongside you, no matter where you are in your journey.

My calling is working with couples, and creating long-term change by identifying the "conflict cycle" that seems to cause couples to become stuck. I believe both partners are protesting their feeling of disconnection. I utilize the gold standard modality in all my sessions called emotionally focused therapy. Feel free to connect with me for a free 15-minute consultation.

My Role as a Therapist

My gift is being able to attune to your emotional landscape in a way that creates a level of safety and connection right from our first interaction together. I feel honored every time some one allows me into their most scariest, darkest places of all. I will facilitate new emotional experiences that will create long term healing, even after our time together has ended.
