Kelly has a Master of Arts in Counseling from Western Seminary. Her coursework included training in marriage and family counseling, multicultural counseling, integrative issues, and more. Kelly has completed Level 2 of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy training. She also integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused methods into the therapeutic process, while drawing on your strengths, values, and goals.
Kelly brings over 25 years of experience serving young adults, retired and aging adults, families, and couples in both ministry and civic settings. She considers it a deep privilege to be invited into an individuals or couples journey, no matter the season of life, and she is committed to helping you process your experiences with thoughtful collaboration and respectful curiosity. Kelly has been married for over 20 years and is the proud mom of two teenagers. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, sharing deep conversations over a great cup of coffee, and soaking in the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
