What's My Approach to Therapy?
Backed by more than two decades of experience, I support adolescents, adults, and their families as they navigate mental health-related challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive condition (OCD), attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), trauma, life transitions, and relational conflicts.

Throughout our time together, I draw from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused approaches, as well as exposure response prevention techniques.
