If you are feeling stuck, stretched thin, or unsure how you got here, you do not have to sort it out alone. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in Arizona, and I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship strain, and the kinds of life transitions that can shake your sense of who you are. My approach draws on acceptance and commitment therapy, which means we spend less time fighting difficult thoughts and more time getting clear on what matters to you and how to move toward it. I pay attention to the mind-body connection and the strengths you already bring. Therapy is not one size fits all, so we will build something together that fits your life.

I see clients at the Sherlin Consulting Group office in Scottsdale and by telehealth throughout Arizona. I earned my MA in counselor education, with a specialty in clinical mental health counseling, from the University of Kentucky, along with a BA in psychology and sociology from the same institution. My background spans community mental health, crisis intervention, psychiatric care, and outpatient counseling, so I’m comfortable sitting with people in acute distress as well as in slower seasons of growth. I draw on acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based and trauma-informed practices. I practice under the supervision of Leslie Sherlin, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
