My name is Keith London, a licensed professional counselor and master of addiction counselor (MAC). MAC is committed to enhancing the lives of individuals and their families by promoting a healthier lifestyle through the enrichment of restoring mental, emotional, spiritual, educational, physical, and psychological deficiencies by using an eclectic therapy approach including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). My philosophy is to support individuals and their families to remove the barriers limiting them from embracing self-worth and developing a positive purpose in their families and communities.

My philosophies are warm, person-centered, and engaging. The session belongs to the individual, so as a client, it should focus on your needs and goals. I will be a facilitator to create a journey of healing in the most comfortable and healthiest manner.
