My Approach to Helping
My approach to helping people is rooted in finding the strength of my clients' inner self and helping them reconnect with their true selves. My mission is to develop a healthy, therapeutic relationship with all my clients through empathetic listening, forgoing judgment, respect, and collaboration. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and walks of life, from children and teens to couples and families and everyone in between. I offer a safe, comforting presence to facilitate healthy growth and healing.

Foundations Counseling, LLC is comprised of a team of counselors, coaches, and trainers who share a reverence for the profession unlike any in the field. It is our honor and privilege to be a part of the lives of those who place their care in our hands.
Our mission is to provide hope and healing to individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents who are experiencing psychological, emotional, and relational distress. We believe it is our responsibility to facilitate growth beyond healing. We also believe it is our duty to contribute to, and participate in, the healthy development of our community.
We understand that all individuals, families, and communities have core values and beliefs upon which they build their lives. We help our clients strengthen those values and beliefs, live freely, and express themselves more effectively. We offer an environment of respect, integrity, and dignity. Our goal is to provide all clients with the resources they need to lead happier, healthier, and more productive lives.
