Katya Kalogeropoulos, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

In her role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MHC), Katya helps individuals of all ages achieve their goals in functional and productive ways. Her deep understanding of mental health shows up in her consistent empathy, paired with a no-nonsense approach to identifying obstacles and addressing behaviors that get in the way. Katya is passionate about empowering her clients through psychoeducation and helping them build a strong toolbox of coping skills that support self-reliance as they move through life’s challenges. Katya earned her master’s degree from Boston University.

Working in various clinical environments, Katya became well-versed in the realities of mental health issues. As a mom and therapist, she has managed the challenges of competing roles, and that experience is pivotal to her clinical approach. She favors tenets of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to encourage her clients to reach their goals.
