My Approach to Therapy

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 25 years of experience. I’ve worked in both community-based services and private practice, supporting individuals and families facing chronic homelessness, child and family needs, and crisis intervention. I specialize in helping adults navigate relationship challenges, grief, and major life transitions, while fostering growth, peace, and purpose.

My Practice & Services

I have a Master’s degree in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, and I use a person-centered approach that integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, somatic work, bilateral stimulation, and parts work. I create a supportive space where clients can build coping skills, process trauma, and find lasting resilience and emotional balance. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can safely explore their fears, experiences, and emotions without judgment. It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and greater fulfillment in life.
