What's My Approach to Therapy?

You deserve a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and genuinely your own. My role is to help you get there—one step, one insight, and one intentional change at a time. Here, you’ll find a collaborative, nonjudgmental, and direct approach. Together, we can explore current challenges, strengthen your coping skills, and help you reconnect with what matters most. My work combines evidence-based practices, ensuring your care is as unique as you are. If you're ready to feel more like yourself again — or discover a version of yourself you’ve never met — I’d love to help you get there. Let's Talk! Please email me to schedule a complimentary 30-minute virtual consultation. I believe in taking the time to find the right therapist for you!

My Practice & Services

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience empowering individuals to use their strengths to improve their well-being and lead more fulfilling lives. I specialize in working with adults who are managing major life transitions (college, grief, retirement, becoming a parent, etc.), relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression. My approach is warm, collaborative, direct, and tailored to your individual goals and cultural background. I earned my undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and completed my doctorate at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago. I utilize evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
