My Practice & Services
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression and big life adjustments (career changes, chronic illness, grief, relationships and more). I want us to find the root of what you’re feeling, heal from the past, and learn skills to work through emotions. Our body’s responses to emotions and stress can be another important piece of the puzzle as we heal. I’m a certified yoga instructor, and we can use yoga, mindfulness, deep breathing, and meditation to help you connect more fully to your emotional experiences.
