I am a Licensed Psychologist specializing in supporting young adults as they navigate life challenges and transitions. I support and educate clients as they work to understand their experiences of stress and thoughts, and learn to manage difficult emotions. My aim is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for personal exploration and growth. My clinical approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to help clients build real-world coping skills. We will work together to lower academic pressure, improve self-esteem, and manage life transitions. My goal is to empower you to feel resilient, balanced, and confident in your daily life.
I have over twenty years of experience working with young adults, and my career has spanned inpatient pediatrics, outpatient psychiatry, crisis intervention, and specialized residential care. My clinical and professional background includes working with individuals who have been diagnosed with, andor suspect they may have symptoms of, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), anxiety, depression, stress, and challenges related to life transitions or academics.
