I am a licensed clinical social worker boasting more than a decade of experience in managing depressive and anxiety conditions, both acute and chronic trauma, substance use issues, grief and loss, psychotic diagnoses, and adjustment conditions. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone possesses the right to self-determination and the inherent capacity to achieve happiness and flourish. Often, individuals are unaware of this potential, and that is where my role begins.

My approach to communication is deeply empathetic, understanding, and free of judgment. I engage in extensive processing to foster insight and awareness, offering support to clients as they harness this awareness to recognize and reclaim their strengths. This, in turn, aids them in advancing toward the action phase of their healing journey.
