I am a licensed psychologist serving the Tri-Cities, TN area in person and via telehealth. I pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including interpersonal process, insight-oriented, and cognitive-behavioral. I believe that the focus of therapy is the achievement of insight and both intra- and inter- personal growth. This means different things to different people and families, so I actively involve you in the direction of your therapy and will check in often to make sure your needs are being met. Goodness-of-fit in the therapeutic relationship is very important, so there is no charge for the initial telephone consultation.

I lead a group practice of hand-selected mental health clinicians. So there's almost always availability for new clients and appointment times at affordable prices.
