Children communicate through play, creativity, and connectionand therapy should meet them there. I use cognitive behavioral therapy combined with art and play-based approaches to help children understand their thoughts and emotions, develop coping skills, and feel more secure in themselves and their relationships. I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to support lasting change at home, helping families grow stronger, calmer, and more connected.
