What's My Approach to Therapy?

In examining our current state, we can experience a mixture of emotions: fear, frustration, and a longing for something different. This is normal. However, sometimes these feelings can become more overwhelming than we would like, and they begin to affect us in different areas of our lives, such as work, family, and relationships.

I work closely with men and women facing various challenges, including how to deal with grief, complicated relationships, family, work, and societal problems. My approach to healing combines traditional therapies with holistic approaches, while drawing on the individual’s spiritual practices and developing new coping strategies.
