How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
There are several options available when deciding about a mental health counselor but a limited choice in finding someone specialized in Addiction. I have my bachelors and master's degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University in substance use disorder treatment. I have enjoyed working personally with five sponsors during my years in recovery and have worked the 12 steps four times personally. As a Ministry Leader for Celebrate Recovery for several years I had the honor of leading 12 step study groups and teaching on each of the steps and their biblical comparisons. God doesn't waste a hurt, lets discover together how your worst of times can become your best of times going forward.
