Kaden Trifilio, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Kaden Trifilio is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. For him, the most satisfying part of being a clinician is witnessing people become their most empowered and authentic selves. Kaden has experience working with adult individuals from a broad range of backgrounds, and he is trained in helping people manage anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life changes. Kaden actively works on being a culturally competent clinician and is knowledgeable about supporting people in the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, asexual, and other sexual and gender diverse (LGBTQA+) community. Kaden completed his Master of Social Work (MSW) at Springfield College.

Kaden has been trained in multiple modes of therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. He also has over 10 years of personal mindfulness and meditation practice. Kaden will collaborate with you to figure out what combination of approaches will work best for you.
