What's My Approach to Therapy?

As a licensed therapist, my priority is to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self. I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My approach is collaborative and compassionate; I walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward balance and growth.

I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, as well as those who have been justice-impacted and their families. I also provide guidance for individuals navigating sexual concerns and relationship challenges. My practice is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a holistic understanding of your unique story.

Drawing from evidence-based, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches, I strive to create a space where you can safely explore emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns. Together, we’ll work toward insight, resilience, and meaningful personal transformation.

My Practice & Services

Justice Journey Wellness LLC was created with the belief that healing is justice too. My practice is grounded in the understanding that emotional wellness and social justice are deeply connected—when individuals heal, communities heal. I strive to provide care that honors each person’s story, resilience, and humanity.

My approach integrates trauma-informed, evidence-based, and holistic modalities tailored to your individual needs. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and strengths-based frameworks, while also exploring how systemic and social factors impact mental health and identity.

Justice Journey Wellness is a space that welcomes all people, with a special focus on supporting those impacted by incarceration, systemic inequities, and trauma. I work with individuals, families, and professionals navigating complex emotional, relational, and institutional challenges.

In addition to therapy, I offer clinical supervision, trainings, and consultations for social service and justice-centered organizations. My goal is to help practitioners develop the skills and insight necessary to provide ethical, compassionate, and culturally responsive care.

Whether you are seeking healing, guidance, or growth, this is a space for reflection, empowerment, and transformation.
