As a mental health professional with a diverse background, I bring a unique perspective to my practice. Growing up as a first-generation Puerto Rican in the South Bronx, raised by a single parent, and serving as a military veteran for 13 years, I have faced many challenges that have shaped my core beliefs and approach to therapy.
