If you're here, there's a good chance you're exhausted, exhausted by recurring negative thought patterns, by emotions that feel too big to manage, and by behaviors you know don't serve you but can't seem to change. You may be wondering whether real change is possible, or whether this is simply how things are now.
It is possible. And you don't have to find your way there on your own.
I'm a Psychotherapist in Ontario trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), one of the most extensively researched and clinically supported approaches in mental health care. Decades of clinical evidence show that CBT can help with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, because it targets the root of the cycle: the connection between how we think, how we feel, and how we act.
Working together, we'll identify the specific thoughts and habits keeping you stuck, and build practical, evidence-based tools you can apply in real situations, not just discuss in session. This isn't about temporary relief. It's about developing skills that create measurable, lasting change in your day-to-day life.
I approach this work with both clinical rigor and genuine care. Helping clients rebuild confidence and reclaim a sense of control over their lives is the reason I do what I do. If you're ready to begin, I'd welcome the opportunity to support you as you take that first step.
