I customize your treatment and my interventions based on your personality, culture, presenting problems and other considerations to optimize your time in therapy. I check in with my clients often to understand how they're feeling about the process and if they're making progress toward their goals. Financially, it might help to consider the investment you make in therapy as an investment in your future - something that has the potential to impact you for the rest of your life - long after you've stopped paying for it. And unlike A.I., or chat services, therapy is confidential, and therapists abide by federal (HIPAA) and state laws, and professional ethical codes to protect you. Additionally, therapists have lived experience, genuine empathy, and can challenge you and your beliefs to disrupt harmful patterns or narratives.
