I became a counselor out of a desire to help people overcome mental health challenges and achieve happier, healthier lives. My career experience includes providing therapy for children, adults, and families struggling with life transitions, traumatic events, and mental health disorders. I also work extensively with children who have experienced mental, physical, or sexual abuse, helping them process trauma and build emotional resilience.
