My Approach to Helping
Taking those first steps to find a therapist can be overwhelming! As a counselor, I understand that having that a supportive, safe space is essential to work through challenges and meet goals. I provide a compassionate and non-judgment approach to work through difficult emotions and the trials of life. Give yourself a little grace, you do not have to do this alone. I have experience with children, adolescents, and adults, and both family and individual therapy. My experience includes anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion regulation, and family conflict.
