What's My Approach to Therapy?
Licensed in PA and DE | Hi, I’m Joe. If anxiety keeps your mind racing, if past experiences still echo into the present, or if family relationships have left you feeling emotionally drained—you’re not alone. I work with people stuck in the cycle of anxiety, trauma survivors, and individuals navigating the effects of emotionally unhealthy family dynamics. Through collaborative talk therapy and EMDR, I offer a supportive space to process emotions, cultivate self-compassion, and gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and relationships.
“Come as you are.” My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can bring your full self. Our first sessions focus on getting to know you and what you hope to explore in therapy. From there, we move at a pace that feels right for you, providing space to reflect, explore challenges, and consider new perspectives.
