What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you’re looking for therapy, you may be feeling caught in patterns of stress, self-criticism, or painful emotions that seem hard to shift. You might sense that the ways you’ve been coping no longer serve you, and you’re ready for something deeper than just “getting by.” It can feel overwhelming to face this alone—and you don’t have to.
In our work together, I’ll invite you to slow down and gently explore your relationship with your thoughts, feelings, and body. Drawing from Buddhist psychology and Gestalt therapy, I help clients bring mindful awareness to the present moment, so they can begin to see themselves—and their experiences—more clearly. This isn’t about pushing difficult emotions away, but rather learning how to relate to them with curiosity, compassion, and flexibility.
Together, we’ll explore how your inner world shapes the way you move through life and relationships. As you develop a kinder, more spacious relationship with yourself, you may also find greater freedom in how you connect with others. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and practical tools while creating a safe space for authentic growth.
I believe that healing happens not by trying to become someone else, but by becoming more fully yourself—with awareness, resilience, and self-compassion.
