My Approach to Therapy

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, or major life transitions, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful changes. My approach to therapy is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in creating a safe and affirming space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment. I believe that effective therapy must take into account the whole person, including cultural background, identity, relationships, and the broader social systems that shape a persons life. My work is also informed by principles of liberation psychology and social justice. This means we explore not only individual experiences, but also how culture, identity, and systemic factors influence mental health. Therapy can be a place to process trauma, challenge internalized messages, and reconnect with your authentic self. In addition to therapy services, I provide immigration psychological evaluations for individuals seeking assessments for immigration cases, including political asylum, VAWA, and U-Visa petitions.

My Practice & Services

Inclusive Psychological Services is a group therapy practice providing culturally responsive and affirming mental health care for individuals and couples. Our clinicians support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, life transitions, identity exploration, and other emotional or psychological concerns. Our practice is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where clients from diverse backgrounds feel respected and understood. We work with individuals from many cultural communities and are particularly committed to serving members of the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, and individuals whose identities or experiences may not always feel fully supported in traditional mental health spaces. In addition to therapy services, we provide immigration psychological evaluations for individuals seeking documentation for immigration cases, including political asylum, VAWA, and U-Visa petitions. These evaluations are conducted with cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the psychological impact of trauma, displacement, and systemic barriers. Appointments are available both in person and via secure telehealth. Our clinicians offer flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend appointments, to better accommodate work, school, and family responsibilities. Services are primarily available in English and Spanish, and additional languages may be available depending on clinician availability. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but therapy can be a powerful step toward healing, clarity, and meaningful change. Depending on availability, clients may be matched with one of our experienced clinicians at Inclusive Psychological Services. Our goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps clients gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change in their lives. Our practice serves clients throughout Los Angeles, including Northridge, the San Fernando Valley, Burbank, Glendale, and surrounding communities through in-person and telehealth services.
