A central question in this work is: How do we increase your ability to process and move through life’s stressors, transitions, and hardships with greater confidence and resilience? Through collaboration and open communication, we can set goals based on your needs and desires. Treatment often incorporates mindfulness, emotional awareness, and solution-focused methods.

One of my greatest passions is working with 18-24 year olds. These years can be a time of immense growth and excitement, but uncertainty and self-doubt can also surface. I support young adults as they move through life’s complexities with a stronger belief in themselves and their resilience. I’m also passionate about supporting adults as they navigate ethical non-monogamy and polyamory. With a feminist framework in mind, I hope to help create more safe spaces in our community for people to explore nontraditional relationships with curiosity and nonjudgment.
