My practice is dedicated to providing specialized support in these key areas. I help couples reconnect and rebuild trust using emotionally focused therapy (EFT). I provide a dedicated space for men to explore their unique challenges with stress, relationships, and identity. As a trained sex therapist, I work with individuals and couples on issues from desire and performance anxiety to what is often called \'sex addiction.\' I also have advanced training in helping clients understand and manage complex personality patterns like BPD and NPD traits. Across all these areas, my approach is integrative and depth-oriented. We will use insights from psychodynamic Therapy to understand the roots of your patterns, the emotional science of EFT to foster connection, and the awareness of mindfulness to build practical skills. Our work together will be warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, creating a safe space where you can feel truly understood. The goal is to move beyond temporary fixes toward lasting change, greater self-awareness, and more fulfilling connections.
