I work with adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I support teens and young adults navigating anxiety, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), academic stress, identity exploration, and family conflict. I work with adults managing depression, trauma, life transitions, burnout, and relationship difficulties. I have a strong focus on men’s mental health, helping with emotional regulation, anger management, and communication. I also support individuals living with chronic stress, physical disabilities, or health-related concerns. My practice includes survivors of trauma and loss, individuals in recovery from addiction, members of the LGBTQ+ community exploring identity and self-acceptance, and caregivers or parents coping with burnout and complex family dynamics. I tailor each therapeutic experience to the client’s unique background, goals, and lived experience.
