Hello, my name is Johanna Harris. I want you to move from just surviving to a point in which you are thriving. You just took a huge step, so thank you for being here right now. I am a licensed professional counselor and have provided therapeutic counseling services for over ten years. I have experience in assisting clients with how to effectively cope with stressors and anxiety, address and resolve relationship issues, develop self-esteem, and self-confidence, and confront hidden traumas.

In my effort and ability to create a safe space for clients, I believe that presenting a calm and tranquil tone initiates the desired space. I create an attentive space, and, being mindful and present, as well as, applying skills such as effective therapeutic communication skills (active listening, paraphrasing, assertiveness, etc.).
