My name is Joe, and Im a licensed therapist specializing in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), with a deep passion for helping people create meaningful lives grounded in their personal goals and values. My journey into therapy began with a simple, but powerful belief: that every person deserves the opportunity to heal and grow in a way that feels authentic to them. Ive had the privilege of walking alongside clients through a range of challengestrauma, anxiety, grief, depression, mental health issues, and life transitions. I utilize EMDR therapy, which is a powerful tool for processing trauma, anxiety, and painful memories. Whether someone is struggling with the impact of a specific event or feeling stuck in patterns they dont fully understand, EMDR allows us to work at the root level to create meaningful change. More than just healing from the past, I help clients build lives that are truly aligned with their personal values and principles. I believe therapy is not only about feeling betterits about becoming more connected to who you are, and what matters most to you.
